Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Officer to ensure the safe, reliable operation of building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The officer will conduct routine inspections, diagnose and troubleshoot faults, coordinate and supervise repairs, and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Respond to emergency incidents and collaborate with contractors
- Document work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Comply with safety protocols and applicable regulatory standards
Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical disciplines, minimum two years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving abilities, valid safety certifications, and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic.
