Job Description
Location: Onsite – Karachi, Pakistan

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
H3 Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA & Technical Lead to join our team. This full-time position involves conducting software testing and delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting manual and automated testing
- Tracking and reporting bugs
- Providing client assistance via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in QA or tech support
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress is a plus
Salary: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month
