Job Description
Halcyon Medical Centre is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the aesthetics or medical services industry. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is a prerequisite for this role.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, maintaining client records, handling phone inquiries, generating sales, and warmly greeting clients. This position is specifically open to female candidates and requires an 8-hour shift commitment.
The salary for this role ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month. Candidates must be willing to commute to Lahore or be prepared to relocate prior to employment.
