Job Description
Haptic Outsource Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated customer service representative to oversee taxi bookings and coordinate our drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, booking rides via our dispatch software, and monitoring driver locations to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support.
- Utilize dispatch software to manage bookings efficiently.
- Assign ride requests to the nearest drivers.
- Continuously track and monitor driver activity.
- Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise.
Salary: Rs300.00 – Rs400.00 per hour
