Job Description
Hashage Ltd is in search of a detail-oriented and results-oriented Project & Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our daily operations, ensure effective communication with clients, and lead our internal team in delivering outstanding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs efficiently.
- Oversee the social media and marketing team to maintain high standards and meet deadlines.
- Distribute tasks and track team progress regularly.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns by collaborating with clients to understand their goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver timely reports to clients.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
