Job Description
Hazen Technologies Inc. is actively searching for dedicated individuals eager to make a difference in the HR field. This full-time position is located onsite in Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan, with a schedule from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM PKT. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing HR functions, showcasing strong data analysis abilities, and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Talent acquisition, data analysis and reporting, HR systems management, payroll and benefits administration, and fostering employee engagement.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, proficiency in data analytics, comprehensive HR knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
