Job Description
HBCS is looking for a knowledgeable Compliance Officer with expertise in UAE regulations to join our Islamabad, Pakistan team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations set forth by the UAE Central Bank, DFSA, FSRA, and SBP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to compliance regulations from the UAE Central Bank, DFSA, FSRA, and SBP.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies that align with AML, KYC, and FATF standards.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
- Conduct compliance training focused on AML policies.
Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of compliance experience within the UAE banking or fintech sectors.
