Job Description
Healthrix is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our esteemed medical billing team. The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing all accounts receivable functions, which include billing, collections, and resolving outstanding claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
- Address and resolve billing inquiries from patients and insurers.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials.
- Collaborate with coding and revenue teams to enhance process efficiency.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments.
