Job Description
Highfy is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Lead to manage our daily order fulfilment operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory management and ensure prompt order processing while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of fulfilment operations.
- Effectively allocate resources to meet delivery timelines.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance customer experience.
- Train and inspire team members.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for resolving fulfilment-related issues.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
