Holzinn Home (North) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Phase-7, Bahria Town. In this vital role, you will oversee contract management and ensure all projects comply with legal requirements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring obligations, and collaborating closely with project teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector. A strong understanding of FIDIC and local legal frameworks, alongside excellent negotiation skills, is essential for success in this role.
