Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for our valued customers through phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with a strong desire to assist others.
- Minimum educational requirement: O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Positive, customer-focused demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or international sales is preferred.
