Job Description
Hospital Supply Corporation is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for the Tender Business within the Tender Department at our Karachi Head Office. This role involves supporting and coordinating tender processes across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenders for pharmaceutical and electro-medical sectors.
- Draft security bids and grievance letters in compliance with PPRA regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Prepare internal approval forms and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of electro-medical certification requirements.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
