Job Description

Hospital Supply Corporation is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for the Tender Business within the Tender Department at our Karachi Head Office. This role involves supporting and coordinating tender processes across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tenders for pharmaceutical and electro-medical sectors.
  • Draft security bids and grievance letters in compliance with PPRA regulations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely submission of tenders.
  • Prepare internal approval forms and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of electro-medical certification requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
