Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to support our UK-based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost calculations, budgeting, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Responsibilities include:
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Assisting customers and collecting valuable feedback.
- Training junior chat support agents.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support.
