Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to Prescreener’s guidelines to facilitate the release of recipes to bulk, while also aiming to improve the success rates from lab to bulk production. Key responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring efficient laboratory operations, and managing recipe error files.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 1-2 years of pertinent experience. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
This is a full-time position requiring in-person participation.
