Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is currently looking for a motivated Billing Phone Support Agent to assist patients with their billing questions. This role involves engaging with patients over the phone to clarify their financial obligations associated with healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls regarding healthcare billing inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on insurance and payment alternatives.
- Assist patients in comprehending their bills.
