We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service at all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
– Resolve assigned complaints and requests in a timely manner
– Investigate issues following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Achieve turnaround time (TAT) targets
– Comply with company policies
– Undertake additional relevant tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care
– Strong decision-making abilities
– Proficient in MS Office
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 60,00/month
