Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Executive to achieve secondary sales targets and monitor KPI performance. Your role will involve coaching Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) and implementing brand and channel strategies while maintaining awareness of market dynamics. You will be responsible for managing daily meetings, effectively utilizing your time, and reporting on competitor activities.
Qualifications:
A BBA/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
