Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is on the lookout for an energetic and committed Agriculture Field Assistant to provide essential on-site technical support to farmers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising farmers on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Key responsibilities include executing agricultural projects, conducting field visits to assess crop conditions, and analyzing data to pinpoint improvement trends. Additionally, you will organize training sessions to introduce modern agricultural techniques to farmers.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and this role requires in-person attendance at the workplace.
