Job Description
I Tech is hiring an Entry‑Level Telesales Representative for U.S. outbound sales (Truck Dispatch & Financial Services). On-site in Barkat Market & DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Full-time, night shift 7:00 PM–4:00 AM, Monday–Friday; weekends off. Salary PKR 35,00–45,00 plus performance incentives. No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Primary responsibilities:
- Make professional outbound calls to U.S. customers
- Present services clearly and maintain accurate call logs
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Fluent spoken English, high energy, and comfort with night shifts required. Friendly, professional environment with rapid advancement to Senior Agent or Team Lead—ideal for recent graduates seeking a stable BPO career.
