Position Overview: In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, effectively addressing issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems while prioritizing user satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess 1-3 years of helpdesk experience, strong troubleshooting skills in both Windows and Mac OS, outstanding communication abilities, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
