Job Description
Are you looking to make an impactful contribution? IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is currently seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. In this essential position, you will:
- Identify and schedule loads for drivers based on their availability and delivery deadlines.
- Plan optimal routes to minimize costs and travel time.
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers for timely updates and support.
- Work closely with brokers and shippers to negotiate rates and manage necessary paperwork.
- Address and resolve any issues, such as delays or mechanical failures, promptly and efficiently.
