Job Description

We are currently looking for a meticulous Assistant Manager – Compliance to join our team at Ihsan Sons Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations align with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
• Perform audits and identify areas of compliance risk.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and generate reports.
• Assist in providing training to staff on compliance protocols.
• Address compliance issues and contribute to process enhancements.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in compliance or a similar field.
• Deep understanding of regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and compliance software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management; compliance certifications are a plus.
