Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Country Head of Restaurants to lead national operations, drive growth, and maximize profitability across our portfolio. You will set strategy, uphold brand standards, develop high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Accountable for multi-site operations and full P&L ownership; lead expansion planning and vendor/stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee cost control, regulatory compliance, and alignment of marketing and operational initiatives to achieve targets.
- Requirements: 10+ years in F&B leadership with proven commercial results, strong people management and strategic planning skills, excellent communication; bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
