Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is actively seeking a motivated HR Operations Officer to strengthen our HR initiatives. In this capacity, you will oversee the onboarding process, prepare employment contracts, and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Your key responsibilities will include managing internal staff movements, generating reports on headcount and attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs65,00.00.
