Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our day-to-day production operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production efficiency, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Additionally, you will maintain production records and provide training to production staff.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology, at least 4 years of experience in FMCG production, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. Excellent analytical and leadership skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
