Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics is preferred, along with a B.Tech (Hons).
Experience: We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively resolve complaints related to CSMs and ATMs within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Install ATMs and CSMs with precision.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to address issues.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses for assigned tasks.
- Compile analytical reports and documentation for your Line Manager.
- Ensure 100% preventive maintenance of UPS, ATMs, and G&D units.
