Job Description
The DCS Boardman plays a crucial role in overseeing, controlling, and optimizing plant operations via the Distributed Control System (DCS). This position is essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate plant processes using the DCS.
- Maintain optimal operating parameters and make necessary adjustments.
- Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations.
- Collaborate with field operators to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep accurate records and prepare shift reports.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, with 3–5 years of experience in DCS operations and a solid understanding of safety protocols.
