Job Description
INTERSCAN is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Office Bike Rider to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various clerical tasks, including managing communications, warmly welcoming clients and visitors, and ensuring documentation remains up-to-date. This role will also encompass general office duties and errands as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in basic MS Excel
- Retrieve checks from vendors
- Deposit checks at the bank
- Deliver important documents
- Send documents via TCS and Pakistan Post Office
- Support IT team with equipment pick-up and drop-off
- Perform photocopying and binding tasks at local shops
