Job Description
Interwood Mobel is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and queries from walk-in clients, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and effective communication throughout the complaint resolution process.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer complaints, preparing detailed reports, coordinating after-sales services, and generating customer service performance metrics.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience. Excellent communication skills are a must.
