Job Description
IT Empire is on the lookout for a highly motivated CRM Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this key role, you will develop and implement effective CRM strategies, maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, analyze customer information for targeted segmentation, and enhance CRM automation and sales processes.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Proficiency in CRM systems, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
