Job Description
Company: iTech Solutions
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST) – Fixed Night Shift, with weekends off.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide comprehensive service information to customers.
- Efficiently address inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain precise records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues as necessary.
Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or customer support environment is required.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
