Job Description
J7 Emporium is seeking a skilled Document Controller / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying subcontractor bills, organizing project documentation, and assisting the Quantity Surveyor with various daily tasks. Effective coordination with both internal departments and external vendors is critical for success in this position.
Key Skills Required: Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, possess excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, along with 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate construction, is preferred.
