Job Description
Jacked Nutrition is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2-3 years of practical experience in HR operations and recruitment. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR functions, support the hiring process, maintain employee records, and implement HR policies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation and address employee inquiries.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
