Job Description
Join Jaffer Hilti Division to deliver construction tools and fastening solutions as a full-time, in-person Area Sales Manager. Candidate must have 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the construction sector, an engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical), and an MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred. Prior experience leading sales teams is required.
- Coach and develop the sales team; drive pipeline and key account growth via CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-site technical support.
- Ensure project penetration, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets, oversee DSO/collections, and execute multi-channel selling strategies.
