This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base, boost store traffic, and optimize profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, training and mentoring staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing administrative tasks, and upholding visual merchandising standards. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the supermarket and grocery sectors is required.
