Job Description
Jawa Health Care is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Call Services Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, assist with service-related issues, and deliver outstanding support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide customer assistance.
- Effectively resolve issues while upholding exceptional service standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00/month
Work Location: On-site | Office Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM, Mon-Fri
