Job Description
Jawa Health Care is on the lookout for a committed and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering outstanding support to our customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Effectively address and resolve product or service-related concerns.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from PKR 40,00 to PKR 45,00.
Job Type: Full-time, in-person, Monday through Friday (6 PM – 3 AM).
