Job Description
Mr. Cod Peshawar is looking for a dedicated and organized Floor Manager to oversee daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining quality and safety standards, and managing staff performance during shifts.
Key responsibilities include supervising restaurant operations, addressing customer concerns, scheduling staff tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the fast food or restaurant industry and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
This is a full-time position. Applicants must be available to work 12-hour shifts, have prior management or supervisory experience, and be proficient in both Urdu and English.
