Job Description
HRCONSOL is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position in the Operations Department (Control Room) located in the Korangi Industrial Area, near Shan Chowrangi. We are looking for individuals with an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of call center experience to join our team immediately. The salary for this role is between PKR 40,00 and 45,00 per month.
Key responsibilities include managing complaint tickets, handling technical activities, conducting audits for quality control, and recommending corrective actions. Ideal candidates will possess effective communication skills, be productive, and demonstrate technical proficiency.
