Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
ConnAct is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with a minimum of 10 years in call center sales and team training. In this role, you will develop and implement effective training programs for our sales teams working on the US Campaign, with the goal of improving performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive sales training initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
- Assess performance metrics to identify and address training needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and employee training.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and call center operations.
