Salary: Starting at Rs 75,00.00 per month plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance lead conversion rates through social media engagement.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience and strong communication skills required.
- Must have sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
