Job Description
Devflovv is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to enhance our dynamic team. The selected candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying potential talent to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job specifications.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and various social media platforms.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Prepare and issue offer letters while delivering rejection notices in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional sourcing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
