Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
- Daily communication with customers, including updates and status reports.
- Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Providing assistance to the sales and accounts teams as needed.
- Following up on shipments and consignments.
Qualifications: A B.Com/BBA in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: This is an entry-level position for fresh graduates only.
