Job Description
Our client, Pakistan’s leading mobile wallet and payments provider, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of MIS Coordinator on a contractual basis. This role is crucial in enhancing departmental operations and ensuring efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining records of QR codes for each region and distributing them to Team Leaders.
- Managing staff induction files for new hires and separations, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Overseeing sound box data across regions and tracking daily active/inactive statuses.
- Maintaining employee accessories such as business cards and identification cards.
- Monitoring daily Google forms for smooth onboarding processes and addressing any discrepancies.
- Keeping records of BVS devices, which are company assets.
- Providing support in the call department based on workload demands.
- Experience with database management systems and analytical report generation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
