Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a respected telecom company, is in search of a dedicated Technical Associate to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers facing technical issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad, with required on-site presence in Sargodha.
Qualifications:
- BS in IT, Telecom, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- DAE Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom is mandatory.
