Job Description
CIER is in search of a qualified Finance Officer to manage the financial operations for a training and advocacy project based in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing project finances, preparing detailed financial reports, maintaining the budget, and ensuring adherence to donor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project finances, including transactions and payroll management.
- Generate periodic financial reports reflecting project status.
- Maintain the budget, track expenses, and facilitate audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and assist with procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in financial management within the NGO sector.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
