Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
