Job Description
Hiring Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of technical role requirements while actively sourcing candidates through various platforms.
Your main responsibilities include conducting preliminary interviews, orchestrating technical assessments, and utilizing ATS and recruitment software to effectively manage applicant data.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
