Job Description
Noah Pro Max is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a solid background in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of proven success in driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing a telesales team, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools are essential for this role.
