Job Description

Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an International Sales Manager for our Food & Confectionery division. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within our Personal Care product portfolio. The position requires frequent international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead and inspire the sales team
• Manage and strengthen overseas client relationships
• Identify opportunities for market expansion
• Conduct reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate across functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred)
• 8-10 years of sales experience in Food & Confectionery or FMCG
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
